CloudSwitch AI provides tools to observe, analyse, and explain cloud infrastructure cost and usage data. The Service is an informational tool and does not replace professional financial or operational judgement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing valid and authorised cloud credentials with the minimum required permissions.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with your organisation’s internal policies.
• Independently reviewing and verifying any insights or recommendations before taking action.

4. No Automated Control

CloudSwitch AI does not perform autonomous actions on your cloud infrastructure. Any suggested actions or optimisations are advisory and require explicit user intent and confirmation to be implemented by you.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of CloudSwitch AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle and protect your data.

6. Availability & Changes

We may evolve the Service over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed to improve reliability and functionality, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CloudSwitch AI is not responsible for any cloud costs incurred, outages, or operational decisions made while using the insights provided.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking its access credentials within your cloud provider's console.
